Scraper Operator – Ipswich Qld

VE Group are seeking experienced Scraper Operators required for Projects in South East Queensland & near future FIFO work.

VE Group is seeking experienced and passionate Civil Operators to pair with one of our Caterpillar 627K Scrapers. The candidates will hold the Operations RII, civil project experience and have some mechanical knowledge. The role involves going where the work is so operating on projects in SEQ and with the near future for FIFO/DIDO projects.

The successful operators must have the required

• Hold required Conduct Plant Operations – RIIs Ticket
• Current driver’s licence
• Previous large scale project experience on a civil construction or mine site
• Commitment to health and safety
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
• Mechanical knowledge
• General Construction Card
• Demonstrated ability to work safely by following operating procedures and on-site requirements.

Current Project Details

• 5/2 Roster with some Saturdays required
• Pre-Employment Medical Required
