VE Group AU is a leading Transport Logistics, Civil Contracting, and Project Solutions company. We’re looking for a motivated Administrator to join our Maintenance Team at the North Tivoli Depot, supporting projects across Queensland with a modern fleet of transport and civil equipment.

The Maintenance Administration Officer role is perfect for someone who aligns with our values and has a passion for mechanics, administration and operations. Whether you have experience in workshop administration or you’re a mechanically minded individual looking to turn your passion into a career, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support our maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workshop & Maintenance Work Administration – Process work orders, track service history and liaise with mechanics and suppliers.
  • Scheduling & Coordination – Maintain preventive maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
  • Inventory & Parts Management – Assist with tracking parts inventory, ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Work with Maintenance, Accounts and Operations Teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Compliance & Documentation – Ensure records, safety documentation and maintenance logs are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background, preferably in a mechanical or maintenance setting.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
  • General Construction Induction Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current driver’s license.
