ADT / Water Cart Operator – Gladstone Local

15/6 Roster | Full-Time | Gladstone-Based Project | Immediate Start Available

VE Group AU Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced ADT / Water Cart Operator to join our civil construction team on a major project in the Gladstone region.

This is a full-time opportunity working a 15 days on / 6 days off roster, operating both articulated dump trucks and water carts as part of an established site crew.

About the Role

You will support earthworks, haulage and dust suppression activities across the project, working closely with supervisors and other plant operators to maintain safe and efficient site operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating articulated dump trucks and water carts
• Supporting bulk earthworks and haulage activities
• Carrying out water cart operations for dust suppression
• Completing daily pre-starts and plant inspections
• Following site procedures, SWMS and project requirements
• Maintaining high standards of safety and plant care
• Working collaboratively with the broader civil construction crew

About You

To be considered for this role, you will require:

• RIIMPO206 – Conduct bulk water truck operations
• RIIMPO337 – Conduct articulated haul truck operations
• Previous experience operating ADT / Moxy and Water Cart
• Current Construction White Card
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Previous civil construction experience
• Strong commitment to safe plant operation
• Ability to work effectively within a site-based team
• Ability to successfully complete project inductions and pre-employment requirements

• Roster: 15 days on / 6 days off
• Employment: Full-Time
• Commencement: Immediate start available
