Dress Circle Brookwater – Stage 3 & 4

Nestled in one of the most beautiful pockets of natural bushland only 35 minutes from the Brisbane CBD, Brookwater is a premier residential golf community where lush greens, parklands and natural bushland meet modern residential living. BMD Urban engaged VE Group to undertake the expansion of Dress Circles’ Stage 3 & 4 development. The works were sequenced to minimise any disruption to adjacent residents and golf course with strict environmental management and controls implemented to mitigate impacts to the surrounding bushland.

The scope of works included:

• Preparation and placement of Working Platform of 33,000 cubic metres
• Cut to Fill within Site of 10,000 cubic metres
• Cut to Fill from Borrow Site of 95,000 cubic metres
• Excavation of Rippable Rock of 80,000 cubic metres
• Excavation and disposal of Unsuitable Materials of 43,000 cubic metres
